These wines are crafted from rescued native grape varieties—many on the brink of extinction—or from pre-phylloxera vineyards over 150 years old.

A BURIED VARIETY

We take great pride in having discovered the “Cenicienta” grape variety—a hidden treasure in our oldest vineyard, Finca Saltamontes, registered in 1863. After extensive research, we named it, and today, it is officially recognized in the Rueda Denomination of Origin regulations.
