6. Terms and conditions of purchase.

6.1. – Purchase procedure.

In order to purchase the products offered on the website, it is necessary to register as a user on the website, providing personal data so that we can fully process the order and so that subsequent orders can be placed without having to enter the data again. The processing of the personal data provided shall comply with the provisions of clause 5 of these General Terms and Conditions, and the User undertakes to provide such information truthfully and completely.

Bodega Javier Sanz reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (relating to products, prices, promotions and other conditions) at any time.

Bodega Javier Sanz will make every effort within its means to provide the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that any such error occurs at any time, it will be corrected immediately. If, due to a typographical error in any information relating to our products, a customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, Bodega Javier Sanz will inform the customer of said error, and the customer shall have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost or to accept the newly communicated conditions and/or price. 6.2. – Prices and payment method.

The prices of the products offered on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Except in special promotions, where it will be indicated whether prices are excluding VAT.

The purchased products must be paid using one of the methods made available by Bodega Javier Sanz, specifically:

1.- PayPal.

2.- Bank card.

6.3. – Shipping method and cost.

Bodega Javier Sanz ships orders to its customers through private transport companies.

Shipping will be carried out within 48 hours of processing the order, and the user may choose the date on which they wish to receive the product, if later.

Deliveries will be made exclusively within mainland Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipping costs are included in the indicated price, provided that the order amount exceeds €30. If the order does not reach this amount, the customer must pay €10 as shipping costs.

6.4. – Product warranty.

Bodega Javier Sanz guarantees its products, under the legally established terms, for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.

The customer must inform Bodega Javier Sanz of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use shall be excluded from the warranty.

Where the use of the warranty is justified, repair, replacement of the item, price reduction or refund will be chosen, under the legally established terms.

The warranty shall lose its validity in the following cases:

• If any of the warranty data or the purchase invoice is modified, altered or replaced.
• If the identification number or the guaranteed device itself is tampered with or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
• If the purchase invoice is not available.

If the necessary repair is not covered by the warranty, under the established terms, the customer must bear the costs of both repair and shipping.

6.5. – Right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the buyer has a period of 14 days, counted from receipt of the product, to withdraw from the contract without having to state reasons. It is an essential requirement that both the packaging and the product are in perfect condition, have not been handled, and do not present defects or deterioration due to external factors or other circumstances resulting in damage to the product, especially the opening of the container.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may contact Bodega Javier Sanz via [info@bodegajaviersanz.com](mailto:info@bodegajaviersanz.com), providing their name, address, purchased product and date of receipt. Where applicable, and after verifying that the item has not been damaged, Bodega Javier Sanz will refund the amount paid for the product and the shipping costs. If preferred, the Customer may use the withdrawal form provided on this website.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where applicable, the invoice issued to Bodega Javier Sanz. The costs arising from the return shall be borne by the buyer, as established by the applicable regulations.

In any case, this right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, pursuant to section 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

7. Confidentiality.

Any information that either party communicates or provides to the other, or to which either party has access, shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, shown, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, nor used by either party for purposes other than those that motivated its communication.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For any matters that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document, both parties expressly agree, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid. Except in the case of consumers, in which case jurisdiction shall correspond to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
