This wine is made from Bruñal grapes, a variety native to Arribes del Duero that has found exceptional adaptation in the vineyards of La Seca, Valladolid. The vines grow in very poor soil, with pebbles on the surface and a clay subsoil that gives the wine its distinctive minerality. This combination of factors gives the wine a unique personality, faithfully reflecting the terroir in every bottle.
This rosé is a tribute to the traditional way of making wine in Castilla y León, recovering the essence of the wines that were made in the villages, but with a contemporary and precise interpretation. The wine is produced using the saignée method.
Bright raspberry-pink color, clean and very appealing.
On the nose, it is fresh and expressive, with high intensity dominated by aromas of fresh strawberry, wild raspberry, and a sweet background reminiscent of a cherry lollipop.
On the palate, it is vibrant, with good acidity, an agile mouthfeel, and a flavorful, fruity finish that invites you to keep drinking. A rosé with personality and authenticity.
