This grape variety, originally from France, arrived in the region more than 40 years ago, adapting perfectly to the stony soils of the area. Its cultivation in these terroirs has proven to be exceptional, standing out for its compact cluster and small elliptical berries. With a short vegetative cycle and a vine with small, pentagonal leaves, this variety expresses its best in this environment, where winemaking tradition is combined with the unique conditions of the region.
The winemaking process is carefully controlled: after a brief maceration, the must is naturally clarified by gravity for 24 hours. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature, below 15ºC, in stainless steel tanks, allowing the fresh and delicate aromas of the grapes to be preserved to the maximum. Finally, the wine rests for 2 months on its fine lees, which adds complexity and texture before bottling.
This wine has an attractive pale yellow color with subtle greenish reflections.
On the nose, it stands out for its fresh and vibrant aromas of lime, herbs, white flowers, and notes of stone fruit and hydrocarbon. It also offers tropical nuances such as pineapple and passion fruit.
On the palate, its refreshing acidity enhances the citrus and tropical flavors, offering a vibrant, lingering sensation. Medium-bodied and smooth in texture, it leaves an elegant floral and mineral trail on the palate, inviting further enjoyment.
